Barry Callebaut's Chicago CHOCOLATE ACADEMYTM Center offers classes to artisans and professionals at all skill levels. Taylor Bruce began working with Barry Callebaut before the doors to the kitchen opened in 2008, crafting the copy as well as visual design for advertising and course catalogues. The designs feature beautiful, bold photos of confections and pastries created by the Academy Director and world-renowned Guest Chefs in simple, clean layouts. Students come here to hone their skills, working side by side with the some of the best and brightest talent in the world of chocolate.
