Douglas Bruce, Principal and Creative Director, has more than 20 years of experience developing innovative, strategic, graphic communications. He has designed and served as Art Director for virtually every type of corporate and marketing communication, including annual reports, identity programs, capabilities brochures, interactive media, direct response materials and advertising. Kathryn Luco brings more than two decades of experience to her role as Vice President. She has worked in the fields of marketing, communications and client service as a Visual Communications Manager, Account Manager, Project Manager, and Associate Director of International Marketing for a large trade association. In addition, she has developed and led training programs for process analysis and improvement, which have helped internal staff and clients alike, to utilize technology to become more efficient and productive. Christine Schaaf works in Business Development at Taylor Bruce, and brings expertise to her role with a wide variety of marketing and communications experiences spanning two decades, from project management to sales. Jared Tekiele is responsible for graphic design and management of the internal team of designers and production staff as our Art Director. He is keenly adept at translating concepts into communications, and after 13 years in the industry, has developed many long-standing relationships with clients in a wide range of industries. Clients feel the utmost confidence in his ability to produce creative, effective designs with meticulous attention to detail, both in the design and in all aspects of printing and production.

J. Byrnes is an artist, entrepreneur, and a highly-skilled Senior Graphic Designer. Now in his 8th year at Taylor Bruce, his capabilities include everything from creating brand campaigns to illustrations to annual reports, and recently he has been honing his skills in interactive design and user experience. He has developed smart, cutting-edge creative work for brands in the food, music, fashion, and education industries, and his art and design work has been featured in books and publications internationally.

Robert Squire brings 20 years of marketing and communications experience to his role as Writer and Communications Strategist. He has provided content development and writing support to executives in a broad range of industries—from financial services and professional services to healthcare and telecommunications. His work spans virtually every corporate communications genre, including hundreds of thought leadership articles, more than 40 corporate annual reports, executive speeches, marketing strategies, collateral materials and websites.
